What you are purchasing, in plain language.

You are purchasing a five-year olive tree dedication, not land, property, or an investment.

You do not acquire a deed, title, lease, equity, profit share, or any investment interest. No return, income, or appreciation is offered or implied.

Trees may not yet be planted at the time of purchase. This is a founding campaign.

Your five-year dedication term begins on the actual planting date of your tree, and that date is recorded in your account.

During the included five years the dedication remains associated with your tree, the plaque remains displayed subject to ordinary maintenance and replacement needs, your dedication page stays accessible, and the tree is maintained as part of ordinary grove operations.

No annual dues or additional payments are required to preserve the dedication during that period.

We will contact you approximately six months, three months, and one month before the term ends to discuss options for continuing your family's tribute.

Renewal pricing and duration will be disclosed before purchase when available, and you will have a reasonable period to decide. Plaque and dedication-record handling at the end of a term is explained respectfully at that time.

If the dedicated tree does not survive during the included five-year period, we will replace it when agriculturally appropriate, preserve your dedication, retain or reinstall the plaque, notify you, and upload an updated photograph when available.

If the original location cannot be used, we will offer a reasonable alternative within the grove and explain the circumstances. We do not guarantee that any individual physical tree will survive indefinitely.

Olive oil is not included in a dedication unless explicitly stated in a separate future offering. Any such offering will be optional, separately priced, and from a clearly identified producer.

The grove is young and will need time to become established. A newly planted tree may look very different from mature olive trees shown in inspirational or illustrative imagery.

Memorial dedications are living tributes. They do not include burial, interment, or ashes-placement rights, and the grove is not a cemetery.

Family stories, photographs, and dedication details remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them. Public sharing requires your consent, which you can withdraw.
