Nothing is manufactured before you approve it, and your five-year term does not begin until your tree is actually planted.

We prepare your plaque
You preview and approve the exact wording before anything is made.

Your tree is planted
Planting happens during the scheduled planting season on our family land.

You receive your photograph
A planting photograph and access to your private dedication page.
After planting
What your five years include.
- The dedication remains associated with your tree for five full years.
- The plaque stays displayed, subject to ordinary maintenance and replacement.
- You keep access to your private dedication page and certificate.
- We care for the tree as part of ordinary grove operations.
- No additional annual payment is required during the included term.
Six, three, and one month before the term ends, we will contact you to discuss options for continuing your family's tribute. There is never pressure and nothing is erased without notice.
If the tree does not survive during the included period, we replace it when agriculturally appropriate, preserve your dedication, retain or reinstall the plaque, and send an updated photograph when available.
