The story behind the farm
It Began With Felice.
Felice began working his family's land in the mountains of southern Italy when he was only five years old. By twelve, he was driving from farm to farm at first light, collecting milk from neighboring families and carrying it to the local caseificio.
When farmers needed help bringing water to their fields, Felice took a tractor to power the pump and worked beside them until the land was watered.
After serving in the Italian Army as a truck driver, he immigrated to the United States in 1966. He accepted whatever honest work he could find and eventually managed a neighborhood fruit store in New York, where customers knew him, trusted him and loved him.
But Felice never stopped belonging to this land.
His name means "happy" in Italian. He liked to point that out, and then prove it. Through difficult work, migration, sacrifice and years away from home, he remained happy by name and by nature.
Felice's Farm is our promise that his story will continue to grow, and our invitation for other families to preserve the people they never want the world to forget.

Why an olive tree
A Symbol of Life, Strength and Continuity.
The olive tree has carried nourishment, light, peace and healing through Mediterranean life for thousands of years. It grows slowly, survives difficult seasons and can live across generations.
A dedication at Felice's Farm does not hold a memory still. It gives that memory roots, seasons and new growth, a living place where children and grandchildren can return to the story of the person who came before them.
The grove

Across the family land, 1,000 numbered olive-tree locations will form a living archive of family, sacrifice, migration, love and remembrance.
Every tree will carry an individual Tree ID connecting its physical dedication to the person's Legacy Page. No two stories will be the same, but every life will be treated with dignity.

Roots across generations, in development
Opening the World to a New Generation.
Through a future collaboration with Clutch Recruits USA, Felice's Farm is developing an annual cultural and service-learning experience for young people who may never otherwise have the opportunity to travel abroad.
Participants will experience southern Italian history, agriculture and culture while learning digital storytelling, documenting the grove and helping preserve the stories connected to it.
They will come to learn, contribute, create and return home with a broader understanding of history, identity and what may be possible for their own lives.

What am I purchasing?
A five-year dedication of one olive tree in the mountain countryside of southern Italy, with a personalized plaque, a permanent Tree ID, an engraved QR code and a private digital Legacy Page where your family preserves that person's story.
Can my family build a Legacy Page?
Yes. Every dedication includes a private Legacy Page. You can invite relatives as editors, contributors or viewers, and everything they add stays pending until you approve it.
When will my tree be planted?
Planting is scheduled once the founding campaign reaches 250 dedications. Planting takes place during the scheduled planting season on our family land. Your Legacy Page opens immediately; planting status only changes when something has actually happened in the grove.
Can I visit?
Not yet. We are not hosting visitors and we do not accept payment or confirm reservations for visits. Tell us you would like to and we will contact you when visits become possible.
How long does the dedication last?
One payment covers a full five-year dedication term. The term begins on the day the tree is planted, not on the day you pay.
