Refund policy

What happens if planting does not proceed.

We do not collect money without telling you when planting is expected and what happens if it does not go ahead.

Version 1.0 (draft)

Planting threshold

We will begin planting once the first 250 founding dedications have been confirmed.

If the planting threshold is not reached by the announced deadline you may choose a full refund, an extended campaign, or a place on the waiting list. You may also request a full refund for any reason within thirty days of your purchase, before your Tree ID is assigned to a planted tree.

If the threshold is not reached

You may choose one of the following: a full refund of what you paid, an extended campaign with your consent, an alternative planting schedule, or conversion to a waiting list with a refund available at any time before planting.

Changes of mind before planting

Before your plaque has been manufactured and before planting is scheduled, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a personalized plaque has been produced, the plaque cost may be deducted; we will tell you the exact amount before you decide.

If we cannot fulfil your dedication

If we cannot reasonably fulfil your dedication, for example if the grove cannot proceed or a suitable location cannot be provided, you will be offered a reasonable alternative or a refund in accordance with your agreement.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. We will confirm by email when a refund is issued.

Gift purchases

Refunds for gift dedications are issued to the purchaser, not the recipient. If a gift has already been announced to a family, we will handle the situation sensitively with you first.

Felice's Farm is the public brand of these dedications. The contracting party is Felice's Farm, operated by Priante Farms.

These documents are early drafts written for clarity. Legal, tax, agricultural, and consumer-protection terms should be professionally reviewed before launch.
