Memorial and heritage details are sensitive. We treat them that way.
Version 1.0 (draft)
Account details (name, email), dedication details (the honoree's name, optional years, relationship, message, optional hometown and family story), optional photographs, purchase and payment records held by our payment provider, and any enquiries you send us.
Every dedication has a visibility setting: private, shared with invited family, or public only after your explicit approval. Default is private.
We record consent with a timestamp and the version of the terms you accepted, and you can change or withdraw sharing consent at any time.
We do not publish full customer information, private memorial details, uploaded family documents, or exact tree locations without appropriate consent.
Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.
Access requires secure authentication. Administrator functions are permission-restricted, uploads are stored privately, and administrative actions are logged.
We send transactional messages about your dedication. We do not send unrelated promotional email without consent, and memorial contacts are never added to marketing lists.
You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@felicesfarm.com. Deletion requests are honored except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
Felice's Farm is the public brand of these dedications. The contracting party is Felice's Farm, operated by Priante Farms.
